MSP models include:
Master Vend - Where Quattro assumes full responsibility for delivering the complete recruitment requirement primarily through direct supply and complemented by supply chain management.
Neutral Vend - Focuses on delivering the recruitment requirements solely through supply chain management. In this model, Quattro would not supply candidates and are therefore neutral.
Blended Model - The client recruitment needs are met through a blend of direct supply and supply chain management. This model most suits clients with separate and distinct business functions where the operation of the recruitment model can be.
